GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL

At this price point (2 star motels) I’ve paid 2-1/2 times the rate in the last year for rooms FAR less comfortable and clean with lousy service.

I was greeted at the counter by a warm, friendly, courteous young man who smiled easily. I was in a king, accessible room which was immaculately clean and unusually large. It was clear the staff took pride in the details. The bed was comfy with pillows that were of varying heights and firmness so the right ones for me could be located easily.

Super 8 breakfasts vary by location and at this low a price per night, I would have expected the bare minimum. Surprisingly, they not only offered the general fare of Belgian waffles, bagels, bread, cereal, coffee, milk and juice but also warm biscuits, sausage gravy and sausages as well. One notes the butter was actual whipped butter-not the usual margarine that tastes like grease. As a diabetic all I could enjoy was the coffee which was brewed strong enough that I could drink it.

Not Peets or Seattle’s Best but workable and piping hot with half and half on offer along with the usual sweetened creamers. Again, cleanliness and care is evident in the breakfast presentation as it was in the rooms-not a given when staying at Super 8’s or within the 2 star motel genre.

The young man smiled and greeted me each time our paths crossed. He brought his adorable daughter out for a walk in her pretty dress when I was out for a smoke and though irrelevant, as a woman who had the best dad in the world who made everything special, I always find it touching to observe a dad creating small moments with a daughter she’ll remember forever as I do, 50 years later.

The effort of providing this high level of service and attention to detail within the limits of the 2 star price point should be rewarded. Include this motel in your travel plans (if it’s possible) for outstanding service, a fair price and a clean and...

This place has continued to charge me multiple times for a room I was in 3 seconds. I asked for a refund. They said they’d give me the refund. Then now have charged my card over 300 dollars. The bank finally stopped them from being able to take any more money. It’s a small scammer owned place where they live right at the hotel. Stay away from this place at all costs. Spend 300 on a good room because they will scam you out of the money anyway. All transactions will be disputed with this merchant. They also charged me twice the online price. Another scam they are running.||I will add photos for proof that I’m not lying online. You continue to charge me over and over for a service I didn’t use. This hotel is the biggest scam going. These people are scum of the earth. Please explain he multiple charges on my card for a service I didn’t use.||Please explain the charges? Where is my refund I was promised?
