I can't hold my tongue anymore. Every time I come there I get grilled why I am there it's none of your business. Twice, (two separate visits), I didn't like how the Chinese woman spoke to me or gave me a dirty look. Making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She always makes me wait over an hour for my room to be ready. What is going on - it never used to be like that before. The female teacher who does the front desk on weekends what happened to her? She is the only one who addresses me by name and makes me feel very welcome. That Chinese woman just made me sit there and never checked with housekeeping at all. I also don't like what I am hearing loudly from management in disturbing conversations that guests should not be hearing and are extremely alarming. I was lied to when I was checked in by those very loud and rude group who came in after me by approximately 1/2 hour with two service dogs. They aren't service dogs, neither was the cat from yesterday by another guest and the one dog another guy sneaked in to the hotel because I heard him admit it and nothing was done and no forms were filled out. If you don't allow pets don't ignore the rules. That loud group with very loud kids out of control and loud rude parents one of which talking on cell phone. Umm take the call outside jeez. The loud kids from the lobby yesterday who checked in were disruptive and some of them were on my floor with rude parent & saw them come out of the room across from me loudly talking in front of my door repeatedly. I was angry about that but then and several others made so many disruptive loud noises even my rented bed was shaking long time. I had to wear ear plugs but it didn't help was so upset it continued on passed 10 pm. Even heard noise in the other level above me. Then I was woken up at 3:30 am, then 4:30 am, then 5:15 am etc. this morning even 5 rude guests slammed there hotel doors at 7:15 am one after the other. What really was traumatizing is after 10 am when I checked out is the woman behind the lobby front desk with long dark hair and dark sweater upset me when I said I was checking out then she said "great" then said see you on your next visit. That really hurt me. What happened next was appalling and horrifying- I went out the front door and started to shake because the large group was outside by the door on purpose with those two dangerous dogs of theirs and my fear and trauma came flooding back from past horrible incidents and me being badly injured and attacked by a dog I know. I walked away from them and the dangerous dogs (despicable behavior of these guests who did nothing, said nothing, didn't control them were way out of control and I almost got attacked yet again) because I had my back turned and the dogs loudly and angrily barked at me both of them - I snapped. Turned my head for a second making sure they weren't behind me telling the group what is wrong with you. I am afraid of dogs and said other things to them in anger - it's a blur because I will forever be traumatized and terrified. Won't ever recover from this ordeal. No apologies and nobody from hotel staff came out to protect me. I warned the female co manager yesterday they are not service dogs. They aren't safe and what happened to me with these dangerous dogs by the way they barked at me proves what I said all along. While dizzy, shaking, light headed, and not feeling well - got to my car and fell forward on to my car hood holding my hand to my chest. Had chest pains. I got to the inside of my car and cried for 10 minutes while holding my hand to my chest in pain. I am furious and didn't deserve this hell. You need better safety measures going forward and they should have never stayed outside tormenting the guests leaving like me it acted badly in hotel in general. I was blindsided by this and was very...
Read moreI've stayed at a lot of hotels in recent months and this one is a keeper! Large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Big screen TV, charging station for phones. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable and good black out window coverings. Lobby is friendly and inviting with a big screen TV, chairs, sofa, table. I was there for a wedding and we made good use of this area in the evenings. They have a well stocked snack shop. The breakfast was VERY GOOD in comparison to other hotels I have visited recently. Omelets, waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, a toaster, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, fresh brewed coffee with real cream... For the lobby of a hotel included benefit... was really a nice spread. I had multiple interactions with the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They dressed nicely and accommodated our group in every possible way. They even offered to allow us to use a conference room on the first level after the wedding for no charge. Also, this wasn't just one employee. I interacted with multiple front desk clerks, the cleaning staff and the hostess at breakfast and they were all fantastic. I also had the opportunity to use their workout facility. They had cleaning supplies available, free weights, workout benches, ellipticals, treadmills, medicine balls, and more. It's not a big room, but it could accommodate a dozen people or more without feeling too crowded. The hotel is just down the block from a great mall with wonderful restaurants. I had dinner the night of my arrival at Noble Crust and it was excellent. All in all it was my best hotel experience in recent memory. Literally FANTASTIC! If you're traveling through or visiting the Wesley Chapel area I highly recommend you stay...
