Skip it if possible. Staff wasn't very eager to help me check in took near 20 minutes and there was nobody else in line. Breakfast was not good. Rooms have tube TV's which emits a very high pitched ringing sound. no microwave no fridges. Parking lot is a hazard to drive into as there are large pot holes. Shower is a handicap shower which was a mess and was very drafty. Overall I will not stay again.

I remember this motel from the day it opened, having family in West Bend for all my life and visiting almost every year for Christmas. We just stayed there last night and boy, has it went to “hell in a handbag”. Pool was very disappointing to myself and the kids. The spa that was once very nice, is “decked shut” with decking boards that give the assumption that there’s no plans of ever using it again for some reason. Also in the pool area, lots of paint and drywall coming off the ceilings and walls. 2 of the 6 big overhead lights were on, also none of the smaller lighting was on. Main manager was decent, but it’s definitely a live-in family with himself and kids and 2 dogs occupying the lobby at all times, watching every time you walk in and out and what you bring in and out. Not a big deal as I wasn’t trying to pull off a Mandalay Bay, but something I’ve never experienced elsewhere and somewhat uncomfortable. Beds definitely worn out. Shavings from someone’s beard or who knows what, on the plastic cups next to the sink. Disgusting!!! Breakfast was a disaster. No plates or bowls set out, making it very difficult to have a waffle or cereal. Waffle batter was in a pitcher sitting out, not refrigerated or on ice; I think they’re supposed to be. Milk and orange juice (Sunny D) in 2 separate pitchers sitting in a small plastic tote that must have been in a freezer overnight with water because the pitchers were just sitting there, on top of the block of ice, obviously not cooling the milk or OJ past about the bottom inch in each pitcher. Not like the ice actually surrounded the pitchers or anything. Definitely didn’t let my 1 yr old drink the milk. Mini donuts (powdered sugar, chocolate, cinnamon sugar, were hard and definitely not anywhere near fresh. Coffee stale, gross. Not to nitpick but there wasn’t anything that I felt was satisfactory. Best part about my stay is that they didn’t charge my credit card an extra fee of typically $150 for damages (security deposit). My cousin said he stayed there 2 weeks prior and there was plastic on the chairs in his room and it felt haunted. Bottom line is that I wouldn’t recommended this motel to anyone and as much as I dislike staying at other familys’ houses while visiting, that will be the route I take next Christmas (if they’ll...

At first glance it seemed reasonable. But it progressively became worse. |I have a severe allergy to dogs, and the individual working had a lab walking around freely indoors. The room was not much better. Think ,”grandma’s house”, but grandma has dementia and also let your homeless uncle live there for years and never cleaned after him. |There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, toenail clippings and food on the floor, along with men’s hair all over the toilet, shower, and also in the bed (as if a man had gotten a haircut and then decided to take a nap under the sheets). Continuing to take the bed apart, the sheets and blankets had holes in them. After showering and trying to feel clean, the towels were very thin and had obvious holes in them as well. The walls also had clumped up pieces of dust, and clearly had not been cleaned in months. The sink mirror was not clean either, appearing as if someone had sneezed all over it. I wiped off the dresser, and found that it was covered in dirt and more men’s hair. |Spare yourself. Drive another 20 or 30 minutes to find somewhere decent, or just...

Absolutely loved my stay here at Park view inn. I stay multiple times a year and get a different room everytime! The managers are very friendly and the rooms are CLEAN! The shower and bathroom is clean and that is A HUGE DEAL to me. The breakfast is continental and has a good variety of donuts, pastries, fruits, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls juice and more which is everything I like. The pool is very clean and my family enjoyed the pool noodles and floaties they provided. The conference room is spacious and held our large family with no problem. They even have a seating space outside with grills which is a major plus we definitely take advantage of that! Overall I have been pleased everytime I have stayed. The beds are comfortable and pillows are plentiful. I recommend the safari suit on the second floor or the honeymoon suit! Those are two of my favorites. Thank you Patti and Bernie for always making my stays great And fixing any issue that is addressed. We plan to stay...
