I had visited the Café with family. The Café's staff, food and environment was well kept and well established. My only dislike was the extra charges, which were not stated by the waiting staff. Be sure to clarify to your guest that lettuce, tomato, and onion is an additional chrage, (75 cents for each burger.) This was not brought up. I clearly asked the kids if they wanted everything that was on it, they said, yes. This should had been stated as an extra charge when ordering. Was in West Bend to see the grotto and decided to stop here for lunch based on all the positive reviews. They sure didn’t disappoint. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had the wagon burger. Both were huge and delicious. For an extra dollar, you can get a monster size portion of crinkle cut fries. Awesome!!! My husband and my most favorite spot ever. Not only is the food always, always hot, fresh, and completely delicious! You get a great amount for your buck!
