Long review alert. Terrible experience. I had purchased a bedroom set for my daughter almost two months ago now, and when the warehouse received it I was notified that the dresser was damaged and they had placed an order for a new one. All of the other items were delivered. No big deal. A couple weeks passed and I had not had an update so I reached out to see what the status was on the dresser. I was told they had it and it just needed to go through inspection. Not sure why I had to reach out myself to be told this information, especially since this is the second order and I had been waiting on this item, but I just said “Ok, great!” A day later, I still had not heard an update so I reached out again and was told they were so sorry someone was supposed to let me know that this dresser was also damaged and third order has been placed. At this point there’s a pattern of no communication. I reached out again a little over a week later for an update on the third order, and surprise surprise they had it at the warehouse and it just needed to go through inspection (again, wasn’t notified until reached out myself.) I reached out AGAIN the next day because I assumed it would have been inspected immediately after all of these delays. It wasn’t inspected yet and I was told that the warehouse is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Are you kidding me? I’m trying to still be patient but it’s a struggle at this point. Nonetheless, I don’t reach out again until Friday. By the way, this is all done via text because they won’t speak to you over the phone. Even if you call, they will respond back via text. Makes good business sense right? Anyway, the text I send on Friday is of course frustrated and wanting to know why there has been no sense of urgency in getting an order out to a customer who has paid for an item and has not received it after numerous delays. No update or response. I called again today and of course they don’t even answer calls on the weekend, but of course you can text! I’m told to wait until Monday when warranty can reach out to me, because whoever I’m texting cannot see the status. Let me be clear, my issue is not that the item has been repeatedly damaged in transit. That’s not their fault. It’s how the entire situation was handled. I did receive a $25 gift card in the mail though. Not sure if I’ll be using it. I’m also due to give birth any day and the baby will be using the dresser/changing table my daughter is currently using since we don’t have the dresser for her yet. Read moreLet me start by saying, they had a decent selection of furniture. I was looking for a leather sofa, and they did have one on clearance on the floor.
I was shopping on a Friday afternoon, walked into store, and started looking around. Had to walk back to counter area to ask a few questions, as the associate working wasn’t interested in coming out to me.
After finding one and asking how there process works, they don’t stock any items in store (florence)
However they had one floor model marked down slightly and it was available for pickup same day.
I decided on that one, again, walking back to counter to tell associate what I wanted.
Had a check to pay for it, but they refused to take that because I was picking up furniture that day.. (the check wouldn’t clear the bank by the time I left the store!)
Then after payment I had to go over there contract that mostly didn’t apply to me, at which point I was informed that the $1000 sofa I was buying also didn’t come with any warranty since I was taking the floor model?? Even though the tag said full manufacturer warranty included! Then was told, there ya go, you can help your self to get it out of store and loaded with no assistance..
Just a very poor service experience.
The sofa I’m happy with but was left feeling less than satisfied with the service!
I would not do business with them...
