Very rude, brutal, poor quality and highly priced My experience with Gemini Jewelers was the worst. I bought a pair of bangles which broke in less than two months. I took it to them and they done some fix which was of no use and broke on the third day. I went back to them and had a bitter experience. The owner of the shop was not willing to accept the poor quality of making and had no Business ethics. He was rudely acting as if he gave the product for free. Before I could ask for a refund, he made a comment that there would be no refund or warranty. Also he can only fix it with a charge. Then he continued his talks by ill-treating me and says that I should ask his favor to get it fixed. The heights of his argument went in such a way that he started acting brutally. I was shocked to see him taking one of the jewelry on the display and he broke it himself with a comment "jewelry can break at any moment and there is no warranty". I went to buy Bangles. I asked for a breakdown of the final price on how he came up with it. I bought Jewellery in the past from them. I never really asked for all the details in the past. But I had to ask for a breakdown of the price on the recent most transaction because despite of being lower in weight and lower gold rate that day than the previous transaction, my bill came out to be higher. So I was just needing a breakdown of how he arrived at the final rate. This made him super angry. He did not give me the answer. He said no one talks to him like that.
