Update below and added another star. March 2019. First time here..... Rooms are dated but they look as if remodeling is being done, still rooms that aren't are fresh and clean. I like the room they gave us with the outside entrance, easier with my "three" dogs. ππππ Staff "very" pleasant and accommodating. One thing that does need attention? The phone in the room has no info listed on how to call out or call front desk. No hotel information packet in the room at all. May not seem important but when you dont have it and need it; check in times, check out times, door privacy tag? All missing. But this is the only point (-β) against them while being a guest. They still get 4 stars.
Update June 2 2019.... We're back and remodeling looks awesome. They put in new floors, first hotel I've ever stayed in w/o carpet. and it's awesome. I've never liked carpet anyway and this hotel accepts pets so it's even better Im sure, for guests as well as the owners. And the owners are still just as pleasant this round, and they work this hotel right along with their employees. I'm not sure when they sleep....π So when u call to make a reservation give them time to answer the phone, and "don't", if u can help it, make reservations on- line. The fees are outrageous, both the guest and the hotel are charged for their usage. CALL THE...

I agree with others who stated that this place has ancient decor, lots of fake flowers. Hallways and lobby smells of cigarette smoke. Thankfully our non-smoking room wasn't to smelly. The bathroom light was very dim, hard to see. Other lights in room didn't work. Couldn't plug in our phone charger next to bed, it would just fall right out. Sheets were pilled and had holes in them but thankfulky they were not stained and appeared "clean". Bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Towels didn't smell fresh. Breakfast consisted of red delicious apples, cereal, toast, mini bagels and other glutinous items. Didnt eat any of that due to health reasons and gluten sensitivity. Only met the front desk lady. She was ok but could work on smiling and being more cheerful. Paid $61 after tax for 1 night would have felt better to pay $30. This outdated run down not so clean Inn could greatly benefit...

Was told $115 on the phone for a smoke free room before I got there then when i arrived at 11:54 pm they said that its 124 but since thats what they told me on the phone i would still get charged for only $115 as soon as i saw my reciept i saw that they charged me 127 & they said it was that much cuz of tax then I found a cigarette in the bathroom also there were ants crawling all over in the jacuzzi & it was uncomfortable cuz the air wasn't blowing cold so I decided to go to the front desk at 2:30 am to tell them all this & I was going home & was told that they hadn't rented the room for 6 months so that means the cigarette had sat there for 6 months & that the room had not been cleaned in that long & that they would not refund my money cuz I've stayed there all day when I had actually only been there for a total of almost 3 hours & some of that was unpacking, cleaning, & then...
