Don Luna Mexican Fast Food — Restaurant in West Frankfort

Used the drive-thru. A steak torta and steak street tacos. I like the place, but the steak had no taste. No seasoning, could have been called "meat". I think it was boiled. Had the look and texture but not a bit of taste or seasoning. And come on, pathic lime wedges, 2 drops of juice don't cut it, you have to account for unripe limes when serving. And you call pureed tomatoes, salsa? That was it, no seasoning, just pureed tomatoes. I've seen cheap, but let me know if there is the basics I need to buy, extra. Pickled jalapeños are a must, but none served, I've been all the way down to ecuador, never have I ever not seen pickled jalapenos/ carrot n onions. Asked for the luna, but it wasn't added, don't think I paid for it though, a communication issue. They just don't seem to care. I've made lots of trips to and into Mexico. I give it 4 stars for fast mexican food ... The reason not a 5 is because there is room to improve there buisness face and if they had a drive thrue of some sort ... Even a call in curb service they would be doing themselves a great service ... They have a nice clean interior sit down fast food style resturant ... And there store in marion is known for its drive thrue ... But here in west frankfort they lack that ability with the building ... So i suggested a curb service. ... The food is real.good ... It's basically a "hole in the wall" type joint. Great food though! I had the Vegetarian Burrito, made it "Luna" for $0.99 which added guac and sour cream to the soft shell burrito stuffed with beans, cheese and rice. I also ordered the chips (they were just "ok"), salsa and fountain drink. Little overpriced coming in at $12 - but I'm used to the Mexican restaurants that give you complimentary chips/salsa. It was FREEZING inside the restaurant, restroom was clean (and the warmest place in the building). Employees were there to take and fix your order, period. No niceties here. Would I go back?
