Americas Best Value Inn Westmorland — Hotel in Westmorland

This hotel has bugs. While they post signs that they are harmless and do not bite, they are still there and nothing to be done about them except request that they be swept up upon check in and during your stay. We were in a situation where we had no other choice and were only staying one night but we definitely would not ever stay there again. The beds were decent. The pillows were awful and the air conditioning was louder than any hotel I've ever stayed before - though it was 115 degrees out, so we were just glad to have A/C at that point. The room was run down a bit with cracks in fixtures and walls poorly patched up. Additionally, even though I booked the room online directly through their website, upon check in, I was told there was an extra $10 convenience charge for booking online, despite no such charge eas mentioned during the reservation process. I argued and it was ultimately resolved as their error but a hassle nonetheless. They do offer breakfast food they put out in the morning but nothing inviting by any means. I would say you get what you pay for but at almost $100/night, I expect more...

My wife and i were traveling and she was almost 35 weeks along in her pregnancy we had reservations for a a week stay but on our way my wife started having contractions and the staff was super understanding we didnt have the correct authorization form filled out but let us check in and within half hour after checking in my wife all of a sudden started going into hard labor we tried to get to the hospital but couldnt make it further than car in the parking lot had to call an ambulance to and our son was just a few minutes short of being born in there parkinglot and surprisingly the people there understood and our remainder of our stay was just as awesome with there fitness room breakfast wifi and indoor pool and spa couldnt ask for more specially not at there great prices....AND WE ORIGINALLY were looking for a room in brawlly but chose this one because it was closest and i can promise that even if its a 10 miles further i wont be staying no where else but here! Forever...

Stayed at Americas Best Value Inn for 1 night. Was hesitant to stay due to reading former reviews. Enjoyed my overall stay. Staff was nice enough to allow me to switch rooms because the initial room was a little too dark for me. My new room had an issue with the light bulb. No maintenance personnel was on site but the receptionist had one of the employees husband take care of the issue.||My room was clean, bed was comfortable. The Inn provides free breakfast which I think was sufficient for the price I paid. There is a few convenience stores and El Sol Market in walking distance. El Sol Market has a restaurant inside which has good Mexican food.| |I went to the Date shake (Mediterranean market) down the street and got some really good flavored olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
