Motel 231 — Hotel in Wetumpka

I've traveled the Entire country. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms are terrible a roach infested. You can't sleep because Crack heads run the parking lot at night. And the owners are rude as hell. After I waited an hour to get a room they were mad at me? Also I'm legally Def due to my service. I told them this. They got mad at me when I couldn't read their lips and told me i was a liar. But when I tried to sign to them they had no clue. I have a service dog also. told them this. They HATED that. Charged me extra for him which I think is illegal. I can't state how horrible...

I was not particularly pleased with the motel in any way, shape, form or fashion. I thought that it was a little too much money for the room and the service entirely. I stayed a total of 3 days and not once did housekeeping ask me if I needed anything such as towels, clean sheets, they didn't offer to come in and clean up the room and the bathroom stayed backed up and overflowing the entire time. And even though I reported it to management they ignored the complaint. I don't care if I have to sleep under a bridge first I won't ever do business...

After staying in the Motel 231.for the whole weekend... It wasn't good Friday night about 9.30 pm the air-conditioned room became hot the air conditioning had broken they did not try to fix it until check out time Sunday gave me a fan to push hot air around the furniture in the room was torn up.the people there wanted to get rude when I asked for another room I was denied and after watching seems some rooms were renting out once or twice a day I would stear away...
