Alabama’s Little Bit of Texas — Restaurant in Wetumpka

This place is going down in terms of poor customer service because of the 2 bartenders at the door as you walk in. Both ladies were very rude, unprofessional and without good manners. Why pay 10 dollars for a pass to get into a bar/night club and you keep struggling to get a drink? I kept standing in front of them and no one attended to me. They did the same thing to some guys and those guys got tired of standing and walked away. Yet some guys came and stood beside me and they were attended to. Two other girls came and stood on the right side and one of the bartenders attended to them. I became confused and started questioning myself if something was wrong with me. I wasn't drunk and I've not had any drinks whatsoever.

I tried to signal to them but to no avail. I got tired of standing and walked away. I wasted my time and gas for driving down there. Hell, if I knew that would happen to me, there're other better bars or clubs I would have gone to and save my time. I've been to many bars in my life, but this place doesn't deserve my time or...

The female bar tender at the bar by the door on 12.14.24 was terrible. She was dark complected and would not serve me after 20 minutes of standing at the bar. I watched her serve everyone around me. She connected eyes with me several times and would not serve me. At one point she served the girl next to me and acted like I didn’t exist. When I finally moved to the other side of the bar to another bar tenders spot she moved to serve the people that walked up in my previous spot as soon as I left. She apparently had a stereotype for me even though I’ve never been to this establishment before. I am a local business owner and was having a Christmas party with some of my employees. Could have been one of the biggest tippers in the place but doubt I ever go back or advise anyone else to for that matter over this. Very disappointed… Manager for the establishment please ask your bar tenders to treat everyone the same and serve accordingly. Hopefully you can get this girl bought in and not have others feel...

We drove from Birmingham to Wetumpka with the intentions of stoping to have a couple of drinks with my mom who isn’t going to be out late, but we wanted to listen to the band, so we were going to go to the casino in between 8-9. We got there at 6:30 and they were going to charge us a $10/ea. cover, there were no bands, no dj… nothing to pay a cover for.. but we were planning to come back to hear the band and pay a cover later so I asked if we could get a stamp or bracelet to get back in and they said nope, we have to pay the cover AGAIN. WHAT?? Just on the pure principle of not getting charged twice we went somewhere else where we had a great time and they all drank kore than they planned.

As a bar owner, you lost more money on sales than you would have made on a cover, we will never be back where you have to pay to walk into a silent bar, and yes, the people who work there are rude and the service at the front bar does suck on a...
