The customer service is great they are all super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are okay the shower curtains when you take a shower slide down though and water gets everywhere and you might slip and fall if you're not careful getting out. As well as chipped paint on the wall in the room. We had left and spent the day with my friends and came back and our room wasn't clean; they spread the sheets and had it all pilled on a chair we had to go to guest services, and they were very nice and helpful about it. However we've been going here since I was 13 years off and on for visits though and we spread it out, they have yet to fix the hot tub it's a little inconvenient when you travel a long distance and it's unavailable especially since my mom has scoliosis and her pelvic bone is tilted it would be relaxing for her. Every time we go we ask and they say no it's not we're working on it. I am now a young adult at age eighteen and they have failed five years later of not getting something as small as a hot tub fixed, is quite ridiculous, and doesn't look good on them or represent the hotel very well. Read moreRooms were clean. Did not have an elevator so taking in all of our luggage was hard. Said they didn't have any cots but we saw a closet full when we went by the next day, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they were all in use 🙄... It's ok though we brought an air mattress. We always check for bed bugs and our room seemed clean, although there were a few dear bugs under the mattress but at least they were dead and not bed bugs. Because of covid-19, individually packaged Breakfast items were served between 6-9. In room coffee was awful. Front desk lady working when we checked in was very nice. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again. There is a train that goes by but I slept through it haha. Likes having a fridge in the room and it was updated decor wise. Read moreWhen we arrived at the hotel, the lobby had a suspicious smell. We thought it was strange that there was a portable fan running next to our door. After opening the door to our room, we smelled the scent of cat and I am highly allergic to cat. ||The room did not look very clean, so we checked the mattresses & pillows for bedbugs before we sat down. ||We then left for our meeting, but after discussing this, we agreed that we could not stay at this hotel. We gathered our bags (which we had not opened) and turned in our key cards. After telling the manager about the cat smell and the charcoal filter hanging from the clothing rack, she stated that they had had this complaint before!
