So we arrived late Christmas Eve to first get put in a room with a missing light fixture and the heater torn open. Go back, switch the room and they proceed to attempt to now put us in a room where the roach foggers they had used we're still on the floor...needless to say off we got to now room number 3 where all seems fine except the toilet and shower go from barely draining to not at all by morning. We notify the front desk and are given a plunger. This not only ends up not working long term but overnight we came down with the flu. By morning the toilet they didn't deal with the day before is full and I've had to attempt to wash vomit out of a tub that can't drain. As we check out we notify the staff again. When getting an Uber to leave became an all day endeavor and with us being sick we decide to give up and book another room there just to get out of the bad weather at which point we're told due to the condition of the bathroom we would not be allowed to get another room. I'm sorry? Excuse me? You mean the condition your bathroom was in after you never repaired your drainage pipes when you should have and two people who ended sick got stuck with it? I'm sure that must be what you meant because never in all the hotels that we've stayed in have we EVER not been complimented on how we've left it. But don't worry general manager Deborah. We notified Wyndham customer care about the latest development so they could add that to the documentation they had of the complaints we filed over the already horrible experience we had been put through. Not that it was a recommended hotel anyway but definitely don't give them the benefit of the doubt and attempt a stay. It's not worth it. The insinuation and insult after how we were treated is more than enough for us to never want...

THEFT AND TAX FRAUD! UPDATE ON EXTORTION AT BOTTOM. On work travels a rm for two was booked by my associate. I was not due in till late. When the room was booked, the front desk refused to give my associate 2 keys. I went when I got there hours later and was required to pay $5 for a deposit for a card key to the room. I was only given one key. When I went to get my $5 deposit back, i was informed they would be keeping it as I did not have both keys when I was only given one. THE FRONT DESK TOOK MY ONE KEY AND I HAD TO INSIST I GET THE RECEIPT BACK AS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FIVE DOLLAR BILL BACK! Five dollars stolen from every person who travels and stays here is a huge amount of unclaimed money for the owners. A theft and tax fraud to boot. Be very careful in booking this location or giving them CC info as they obviously can not be trusted and have extremely Shady buisness practices.
Just look at the unprofessional receipt that was hand drawn. Maybe this is a scam being run by the employees. Who knows other than it is theft.
My workmate accidently booked this place again as I was headed to another town. When she went in they told HER she was on a "Do not rent list" and they would not honor the Expedia reservation...UNLESS she paid a $30 upgrade fee. Canceling a reservation on Expedia is kinda of a hassle. She didn't bite. These ppl are horrible. THEFT, EXTORTION and...
Read moreI chose Days Inn by Wyndham because I trusted the brand to deliver a clean, comfortable, value-friendly stay. The staff at this location were kind, and the room appeared tidy with clean linens — so far, so good.||||Unfortunately, the experience took a turn. My non-smoking room was saturated with the smell of old cigarette smoke, and I didn’t realize just how sensitive I was to it until I tried (unsuccessfully) to sleep. The environment felt stale and unwholesome, not at all what I associate with a national chain. Honestly, I might have expected this from a questionable roadside rental, not from a Wyndham-affiliated property.||||To top it off, when I went to get coffee from the lobby in the morning, I was told the pot was broken — and was directed back to the in-room packet I’d already used. I also noticed I wasn’t offered the AARP discount, which I normally rely on when booking.||||I truly hope this location considers investing in deep cleaning or refurbishing rooms that retain persistent odors. The people working here deserve better conditions to offer guests, and the guests deserve an experience that reflects the standards the brand is known for.||||I won’t be returning to this location — not out of spite, but simply because trust, once broken, is hard...
