Building is good Staff is young and unexperienced and immature, for simple tasks, okay

Very very bad experience with a young staff member, her name is Madina … I hope you don’t have to experience this in the beginning of your trip to Uzbekistan

For non Russian speakers, young staff level of English is ok but for more important things like not missing a plane or a train to the other side of the country

And when you come back to the hotel and this same staff member, Madina, doesn’t apologise or realize she made a big mistake and have the arrogance to ask 10/10 or 5 stars for a cheap taxi ride which you can pay yourself (€ 2,30 / $ 2,5 / RUB 230) and don’t book/arrange

To be clear, we used MyTaxi, the taxi app already several days in Uzbekistan and Tashkent, so we know how to get a taxi and to get to our destination but Madina, this young hotel staff member wanted to offer one for free (€ 2,30 / $ 2,5 / RUB 230) for a 10/10 score on booking, very arrogant and something you don’t ask as a hotel staff member, we didn’t even spend the night yet or had breakfast..

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. Everything started off well, but unfortunately, we did not receive the late checkout promised by trip.com. We were counting on a late checkout at 6:00 PM to catch our 7:50 PM flight. However, the front desk staff (Headboy) only allowed us to stay until 2:00 PM.
