The hotel is inside a UNESCO world heritage listed madrasah. It’s a beautiful site. It’s right next to my favourite landmark and probably my favourite piece of Islamic architecture, Kalta Minor. Reception where helpful if you had any questions to ask but there was no information given at check in. Rooms were comfy. Nice hot showers……. if you were up early.

We booked our tour to Bukhara here. The guy at the reception assured us, that the driver speaks english. I guess by english he meant „Hello“ because that was about it. And I don‘t think the driver got a lot of the 100 USD we paid for the „tour“ because he begged...
