Panarams Tashkent Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals — Hotel in Tashkent

Location is bit far from the City Center, but near to the Train Station where I arrived in Tashkent.

It seemed the Staff isn’t really familiar with western people, more likely with russian people. They mostly had a cold attitude when I asked them questions in english.

Also I was really exited to have a few drinks in their own pub, but unfortunately it was closed due to „technical issues“. Would be great if staff would mentioned that upon Check-In, so I wouldn’t be surprised in the evening, but of course technical problems could happen all the time and you can not make anyone responsible for that.

As a RR Premium member they were able to do the check-in at around 1.00 pm with a complimentary upgrade and also prepared a treatment for me in my room. The room itself was really nice and also the room service worked without any issues.

All in all the product itself seems on of the proper one in Tashkent, but if I weren’t a RR member I wouldn’t stay here again, until they improved...

We had an amazing stay at Panarams Tashkent Hotel! My guest from Dubai was visiting Tashkent for the first time, and this hotel was the perfect choice.

The rooms were super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were so kind, professional, and always ready to help.

The highlight of our stay was the massage—it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had! Additionally, I need to mention sauna and steam rooms, OMG that’s what my guest loved the most.

Albergo moderno e molto curato, in eccellente posizione vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Tashkent. Le camere sono funzionali, ben arredate e con un ricco corredo. Il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il tallone d'Achille è però costituito dal ristorante. Se durante la colazione, variegata e ricca, non c'è nulla da eccepire, la sera il discorso cambia, e di molto anche. Il servizio è apprestano da tanti giovani, educati e con un buon inglese, ma totalmente privi di coordinamento. I gustosi piatti della cucina a vista (ottime le carni) vengono mortificati da un servizio confuso, estremamente lento e impreciso. I coperti non sono completamente apparecchiati, quindi ci è stata subito portata l'acqua, ma è stato necessario sollecitare 6 volte i bicchieri. A dir poco CRIMINALE la scelta, reiterata in più giorni, di tenere fuori dal refrigeratore la coca cola e persino il vino, con la conseguenza che queste bevande vengono servite calde. In tal modo è stato completamente ucciso il gusto dell' ottimo vino uzbeco servitoci che, ironia della sorte, recava l'indicazione della temperatura di servizio 12°-15°. Inutili i tentativi di raffreddarlo in tempo utile per la consumazione tramite il cestino di ghiaccio, che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare 4 volte e che è finalmente giunto quando ormai il pasto era alla sua conclusione. Mai pervenuto il pane ordinato immediatamente e sollecitato più volte. È necessario urgentemente un aggiornamento del responsabile di sala, le cene al Panarams sono state le più CARE dell'intero viaggio, le uniche con un prezzo "europeo" (60€ a coppia) ; ebbene, se viene preteso un prezzo tanto esoso (rispetto alle condizioni del Paese) , il servizio deve necessariamente essere...
