Hana Premier Apartment Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Went to view this a few days ago. The owner seemed nice & accommodating enough, but they showed me a nicer unit and then told me the one available was actually another one. The one they showed me was on the 2nd floor; very clean and I was almost sold on it. I was excited to have found a great place at a great price. ☺️

So I then asked to see the one on the third floor which I would actually be staying in… and when we entered it unfortunately smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. (They said they would clean it… but smoke sticks to furniture). So I removed one star for this.

In both units there was black spots above the shower, possibly mold? Which they said they would clean. Also the pool at the top looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month or more, it was completely green and unusable. I removed a second star for this reason.

For the price, the place would be comfortable and functional overall. Had all utensils and such. Large closets. Pretty bedroom with big window. The bed also seemed decently comfortable when I sat on it. Located in Son Tra.

The toxic behaviour of this hotel owner has no limits. we booked a room in this hotel in booking.com and few minutes After receiving the confirmation, he messaged us telling that he can't host us and we have to cancel the booking and he Will not make us pay the penalty (so kind of him not making us paying for his own problem/error/mistake. I'm ironic). This behavior is very manipolative and shady at the same time and speaks a lot about his attitude. We asked what was the problem, but It was never clear, It was Just an unidentified, general bathroom problem. After many messages he tried to convince us to cancel the booking he sent a photo from a construction site. Tired of this nonsense We called booking and, at Last, he cancel the booking. I think the real problem Is that we paied almost 400k but in hotels.com and expedia.com he charges...

We stayed at Hana Apartments & Hotel from April 1st to June 1st 2025. We really enjoyed the place. We were on 8th floor room 8B. The room was a good size for 2 of us. Everything worked great from TV, refrigerator, to ice cold AC in the rooms. Bathrooms were also very spacious. Anytime we had any issues or maintenance problems they fixed it right away either the same day or the next. I highly recommend staying here. The owners were super helpful and friendly and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and what to do around Da Nang. This was was cozy rental and made it feel like home away from home!!! 5* for location, value, and...
