This is the worst hotel where i have been during my 5 months travelling around asia. Really. The staff is very unfriendly,they dont speak english and they dont make any effort to try to help and understand you. It seems that they hate tourist really. The hotel is very unclean,you can see trash everywhere. We asked to them to call a taxi for us for the following day at 5 am,and when we woke up that day nobody was at the recepcion,so we have to go to the bus station walking.. Ahh,and one of the recepcionist who has "face of i dont want to be your friend" following us with his car saying that we have to pay ,when we have already pais through agoda. Really if you want to have a good time not stay here.. We are extrenely disappointed about this place and we dont recommended it. During nights they do karaoke(very strange) so you wont be able to...

This hotel is a little bit far from town center, but nothing really interesting in town center ! Dien Bien Phu is not a nice city. The hotel staff was very correct and very honest, about a mistake on the reservation, they give the money back. The rooms are very nice, big, modern But you have to like hard bed fashion.... The call for us honest taxi... Terrific owners and staff. Close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood with Secure motorbike garag and 24hr security. Newly remodeled, quality appliances in the rooms. Everything was very, very CLEAN! And nothing appeared to be in disrepair. Housekeeping services and fresh towels offered daily. The room rates were more than fair. I needed a quiet place to work/study from my computer. The internet was reliable. Zero complaints after 23 days. I got a lot of work accomplished, and explored some less traveled areas...
