We reached the hotel around 5pm after coming to Vietnam from Laos. Front office staff quickly reached us and helped us with our bags. Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Thanks guys. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. There were free snacks and drinks in the mini bar as well. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. There was all the amenities for a good stay. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the mattress. It was a spring mattress but started to sink in the middle so we ended up sleeping on the floor because we had a upper back pain and breathing Issues. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array and it was a pleasant surprise for us as to how good it was. Perfect breakfast consisting of nearly everything for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points from us. Location of the hotel is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay except the mattress....

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving before 4PM by taxi($3) from DIN Airport. A welcoming receptionist copied our passports, checked the prepayment, presented our key card, then we took the elevator to the 7th floor.|Deluxe king #710 was carpeted, clean and spacious with a fully outfitted bathroom with unhandy tub shower, closet with shelf of hotpot/coffee/water, a comfortable king across a large TV(History, NHK, Planet Earth & movie in English), desk & chair with minibar, easy chairs and table, good lighting, open wifi, 4 outlets, central AC with wall control and opening window with town view.|The 6AM breakfast buffet was a great variety of Asian specialities with an egg/pho station, then a buffet of fruit juice/fresh fruits/yoghurt, cereals, meats/fish, cakes/ breads/croissants/jams & local coffee.|We ordered room service; excellent Spring rolls and Chicken corn soup.|Convenient taxis wait at the hotel entrance. I found several small grocery stores walking 300m south.|Room was cold on March 17, 18 & 19 with heat available on the morning...
