The family running this hotel is amazing. The place is spotlessly clean, modern, has AC, and reliable hot water with great pressure. Upon our arrival, they asked if we were hungry and recommended some delicious food at an affordable place. They helped us get a bus, explained even how to avoid the overcharge. They even helped me find a motorcycle, referring me to a lovely family-run shop where I purchased a great bike. We felt incredibly welcomed and truly cared for, like part of their family. We arrived off a bus from Muang Xai, Laos and were warmly welcomed! the hosts are fantastic, kind, helpful and meticulous to ensure understanding using Google Translate! The room was very clean, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the memorial park. We had comfortable beds and bedding and strong fan and aircon. Modern bathroom with reliable hot water.
