Phoenix Resort Bac Ninh — Hotel in Bắc Ninh

The sprawling property sits atop a hill, with sweeping views. The grounds are well kept and dotted with bursts of colour, and statues large and small. Fabulous large pool area with waterfall. The 8th floor restaurant has some of the best views going, and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. Rooms are generously proportioned, though somewhat oddly furnished for western tastes, in a distressed French colonial style. There is a casino adjacent to the ground floor entry. this is one of great hotel ive been here in vietnam..... staff were always smiling.. so accomodating... everything is good here... -hotel -spa -restaurant -casino -sceneries -cart to take you were you want to go -send taxi going out in bac ninh...

Barely a resort and it's certainly not 5 star. Maybe a 4 star if I'm being generous. The breakfast, although cheap at 150,000 vnd, was small and the second time I went didn't even have bacon. A 5 star hotel...
