This is a terrific hotel and it lives up to all the standards that you would expect. Staff at the front counter and the bell boys are exceptional and very friendly their English is very good. The rooms are fantastic very spacious and clean. The design of the hotel flows along with the architecture of the city. The pillows on the bed are to die for, just think of grandmas feather bed. The view from the lake view rooms are overlooking the lake and mountains and are spectacular. I was on level 4 and the noise from the road was fine. The breakfast is fantastic the choices are endless (Asian and Western) first hotel ive stayed at in Vietnam that has real Juice..Apple. I didn’t book this hotel but a friend of mine did on the group’s behalf. The look from outside is not that fantastic even though its location is one of the best in Dalat due to its stone-throwing distance to XUAN HUONG lake and close proximity to Dalat Market. The room was clean, spacious enough and well ventilated (as the windows openable). Breakfast was decent for locals. We also ordered breakfast pack due to our early event at 6am. The hotel did their best to accommodate us and I were thankful for that as some hotel might not provide such simple service. What surprised me most was the room rate, very competitive compared with other hotels I used to stay in Dalat. Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to, we got 3 rooms the walls aren't sound proof we could hear music, drilling, walking sounds, blasting through the walls and doors in the morning we only got 1 small bed for 2 people in each room our bathroom had a window which allowed 0 privacy, my sister had to take a shower in ice cold water because we could adjust the water temperature my father got burned because he only had boiling water to shower with in his room, and after trying to ask for our money back they just didn't want to give it back no matter what... the only way we could get it back is when my dad threatened them that he will sue them because he got badly burned by the water and only then!
