Kymi Dalat Hotel is truly a must-visit for both couples and families traveling to Dalat. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of nature—every morning, opening my window felt like stepping into a dream. My room (H201) was completely surrounded by nature, offering a serene and peaceful retreat.

As someone who works as a Luxury 5-stars in FnB manager, I have high expectations when it comes to service, and yet, Kymi Dalat exceeded them. The staff here are not just friendly but genuinely solution-oriented. A special moment that stood out to me was during breakfast—I arrived late, and the famous Bánh Mì Xíu Mại (Vietnamese bread with pork balls) had run out. While I was slightly disappointed, I accepted another breakfast option. However, to my surprise, Mr. Nhàn personally brought me a complimentary serving of Bánh Mì Xíu Mại. It wasn’t just about the free food—it was the attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and deep understanding of guest needs that left a lasting impression. This level of service is rare in Dalat’s hospitality industry.

The value for money at this hotel is also exceptional. Compared to other resorts and villas in Dalat, Kymi Dalat offers affordable luxury without compromising on quality. The room facilities meet 4- to 5-star standards, and cleanliness is impeccable. My Korean girlfriend, who is very particular about cleanliness, was impressed by how flawlessly maintained our room was every single day. The hot water system and bathtub worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

During breakfast, I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Quanh, a staff member who embodies excellent customer service. She greeted every guest with a warm, tireless smile and attentively catered to all my requests, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Another fantastic perk of staying here is the complimentary motorbike rental—a brilliant idea that allowed me to explore Dalat freely. What impressed me even more was the thoughtful service: although my room check-in was at 1 PM, the receptionist called me at 8 AM to let me know my motorbike was ready. This proactive hospitality is something I believe should be learned and cultivated across Vietnam.

And let’s not forget the food and drinks—a solid 10/10! The fresh juices and coffee were simply delightful.

Overall, I would rate Kymi Dalat 99/100. Even compared to 4-star hotels that charge double the price, the level of service here remains unparalleled, even during the busy Tết holiday. Kymi Dalat has set a new benchmark for hospitality.

Stayed there 3 night only location is good but it is very scary night time you can't sleep lots of tree sounds coming hitting in building which not let you sleep . Also customer service very bad they not understand English at all not even one employee can understand English I try to talk but they not understand one word of English. Also if you booking this hotel don't pay including breakfast you only have 6 meal options in breakfast which is very unfair according to price we paid . No vegetarian options at all . All they have 6 options beef pork chicken which is very hard for vegetarian person. I also paid for mountain view but they give me nothing end of day no view at all showing from room in mountain. Very bad experience I won't back there if they not improve breakfast options and room service and hire people who understand English.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kymi Villa for 3 nights and 4 days! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.

The breakfast included in our stay was indeed GREAT! There were plenty of options to choose from, and the quality was top-notch.

But what really made our stay stand out was the breathtaking view from the villa. It was truly stunning and a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The staff at Kymi Villa were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. One staff member in particular, Dat, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even ordered us delicious Banhmi when we first arrived.

We can't recommend Kymi Villa enough! If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable stay, this is the perfect place.
