La Sapinette Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

Service 8/10 Location 6/10 - far away from city center. Wifi 1/10 - I was on 7th floor and the wifi there is very weak. Don't know about other floors. Food 8/10 - The breakfast buffer is great. But on someday there are very few dish options. Bar & lounge & spa 5/10 - boring. Cleanliness 5/10 - the carpet & bathtub is dirty. Smell 5/10 - the room has no smell but the corridor is horrible. Room 2/10 - My room is superior room. Small. Has one small window. Not soundproof. I can still hear talks from the next room. Quite annoying. The TV is outdated with shows from 2000s. No ceiling light! Could not makeup properly with the table lamp. The worst: have to park my motorbike in the basement, then walk all the way to the front office every time - no elevator! Luckily it wasn't raining then. Will I book there again? No. I have came here twice. The first time the room is great, but this time it's a big NO. Is it my mistake to book the last available room? Anyway, there are many better, worth-the-price hotels out there, so I will never came...

I stayed in the 7th floor, the highest. It was nice. The service was nice. the staff were nice, I like them. It was nice and pretty clean to stay at. But the room I stayed in, the restroom flooded due to terrible shower head. They need to change the angle of it. It made the whole floor wet. They should add a padding to the floor/bathtub so the water stays in. The toothpaste should be easier to open: had such a hard time. I think they should buy new or change their bed sheets and pillow cover, kinda dirty. Overall it was nice stay. Would like to come back here again someday. Oh! The food...

Our stay at La Sapinette Hotel Đà Lạt last week with my wife and 3-year-old son was amazing! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for all of us. The location is perfect—close to the city center yet peaceful. We loved the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and even kept our little one happy.
