Unexpected Pizza with a Story Worth Savoring

The couple running this humble eatery were once key kitchen staff at a once-famous wood-fired pizza restaurant — in charge of everything from prep to cooking. No one knows exactly when or why they broke off, but their decision to “localize” pizza has led to some surprisingly creative dishes, like their Avocado Pizza and a broad selection of side soups and snacks inspired by Vietnamese taste.

Strangely enough, the restaurant decor has absolutely nothing to do with pizza — it’s quite rustic, even ugly by some standards. But what it lacks in aesthetics, it makes up for in high ceilings, decent cleanliness, generous flavors, and great prices.

Service is warm, friendly, and clearly run in a tight-knit family-style operation. It's a great case study for anyone starting from the bottom — cooks, servers, helpers — proving that mastery of one craft can still be a noble and rewarding path in modern times.

The best pizza you can get in Da Lat. I have tried many pizza places around the country but this is hand-down the most authentic Italian pizza I have in Vietnam. The crust is thin and crunchy and the topping is plentiful. Ask for their home-made tobasco sauce if you like spicy flavor. (It is really good) The owner, Mr.Viet is very friendly and accommodating. He and his wife used to work in a famous pizzeria downtown for 16 years. His wife is extremely nice. She even gave us complimentary saffron tea. All in all, wonderful experience at this joint. The place is so cozy because of the owner. He is friendly and nice. He and his wife have more than 14 years working in pizza restaurant, they quitted job and open their own restaurant.

The price is pretty cheap but the food is delicious. You need 2 people to finish Spaghetti. Pizza is thin with lot of cheese. You can order half half. One more thing, pumpkin soup is amazing, you should try it.
