Nhà Hàng Đà Lạt House — Restaurant in Da Lat City

We came here for dinner after reading the good reviews but we should have left after the first red flag. We arrived at dinner time and the staff gave the surprise look like they weren’t expecting walk-in tourists. As the indoor tables are mostly reserved, the staff setup a new table for us and that was the first red flag, he grabbed a crumpled table linen from the floor and laid over our table but there were some holes in the middle of the table so he grabbed another smaller random cloth to cover it with. After sitting down, we felt something wet touching our pants, it was the table linen from the floor! And the cloth that was covering the holes is filthy with stains too. Instead of leaving, we asked for a changed of table which the staff reluctantly agreed. As we are seated at a corner with view of the kitchen, we saw the disturbing lack of care for hygiene, the kitchen area looks dirty, mixing of raw meat with cooked food in same area, cooked food places next to broom. Soon, we saw groups of korean speaking tourists came to the reserved table, which explained why there were pre-set food placed on the tables and I could understand why the reviews were good as they did not witness the unhygienic part of...

Good for a meal if you are not in the center of the city such as: stay at the hotels nearby or on the way to somewhere. A little crownded due to big groups from the travel company. Clean facility and nice staff. Should book before hand because it is very busy at meal time. Also at a nice location with spacious car park....
