Nature Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

Stayed for 4 nights at this lovely hotel, which is one of the 4 properties in DaLat managed by the NATURE HOTELS GROUP. A very satisfying experience throughout the stay.||Scores well on location as it's truly serene and fresh, not congested like the part of old city across the Xuan Houng Lake. The French architecture facade looks classy and so is the entire property, lobby and reception area, corridors, rooms etc. The rooftop dining hall is simply the best as it offers lovely bird's eye view of the highland city landscape. The rooms hv all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff is always available to assist. If swimming pool and restaurant facility is made available, this property can easily qualify as 4*. Hotels policy towards saving environment and nature needs to be applauded. Minimal use of plastic, water efficient toilets and showers, reuse of towels and sheets etc and the lots of potted plants in lobby, corridors, even in the room balconies and at rooftop dining hall are special. ||The property caters mainly to local Vietnamese tourists only & hardly any overseas guests seen here during our stay.||Improvment needed on 3 points. |Firstly, front desk staff's limited English vocabulary made communication a challenge. Only 1-2 members could understand English a bit, but all of them were trying hard to make us comfortable.||Secondly, only one dish is offered to guests booked under CP basis, & that too Vietnamese only. We had to select any one of the 2 options viz. Bowl of Noodles as per choice or eggs with herbs and Baguette bread. Coffee or Tea is served in drinks. Never seen such limited B'fast at such premium hotels in Vietnam. Even in case of fixed set B'fast, at least Pancakes, boiled eggs or omelette, cut fruits and juice, bread toast with butter, jam is offered. ||Thirdly, only local Vietnamese TV channels offered. Few English channels for entertainment can make stay more comfortable.||Many restaurants & cafes are located about 200 m away. Mini marts, convenience stores, fruits, street food etc easily available. Bike renting shops offer at 150000 VND for 24 hrs & at 100000-125000 VND per 24 hrs if booked for 3-4 days. Lovely Vegetarian Vietnamese food available at Tu Sen Restaurant close to the hotel. Indian Restaurant available at 2 Kms, Sagar Indian Restaurant or Ganesha Indian Restaurant. Property located about 1.5-2 Kms fm Bus Station. If traveling by FuTa Sleeper Bus, free transfer to & from hotel available. Khách sạn bán phòng của khách dịp Tết Âm Lịch 2025. Mình có đặt 2 phòng trên app Traveloka trước 3 tháng để được giá rẻ và chấp nhận phí cao hơn khi đến nhận phòng và thanh toán. Đến đầu tháng 1 này thì Ks có gọi cho mình và yêu cầu phụ thu thêm tiền dịp Tết, ks ĐÒI PHỤ THU THÊM 800k cho phòng 3 người và 900k cho phòng 4 người và phải cọc trước 50% giá tiền phòng thì ks mới giữ phòng cho mình. Mình không đồng ý vì mình đã đặt trước 3 tháng để có phòng rẻ, chính sách Ks không có để phải phụ thu thêm bất cứ phí nào và khi nào nhận phòng mới phải thanh toán thì ks có bảo là quy định bên phía Ks, nếu không đồng ý thì huỷ phòng đi. Mình có bảo là mình sẽ gọi lại xác nhận bên phía Traveloka, thì bên phí ks kêu cứ gọi đi vì ks đã nói với bên Traveloka rồi. Mình gọi lên Traveloka phản ánh và nhận được phản hồi là ks đã bán phòng mình đặt trước 3 tháng cho khách khác giá cao hơn , ks đùn đẩy trách nhiệm là do CHỦ CŨ KHÔNG BÀN GIAO LẠI CHO CHỦ MỚI NÊN ĐƠN ĐẶT PHÒNG CỦA MÌNH CHỦ MỚI KHÔNG BIẾT VÀ KHÔNG QUAN TÂM TỚI NỮA, mình có nói là việc chủ cũ ko bàn giao hay ko mình ko quan tâm vì ĐÓ LÀ LỜI 1 PHÍA BÊN KS NÓI VÀ KHÔNG AI CHỨNG THỰC ĐƯỢC VIỆC KS CÓ THẬT SỰ ĐỔI CHỦ HAY KHÔNG, mình yêu cầu bên phía Traveloka làm việc lại với bên Ks nhưng vẫn nhận lại là phòng mình đặt từ 31/1-2/2 đã hết rồi bạn thông cảm đi, mình chưa hề nhận được cuộc gọi nào để XIN LỖI MÌNH vì lỗi bên phía Ks mà chỉ nhận được mail xin lỗi bên phía Traveloka thôi, từ cuộc gọi đầu tiên bên Ks đã ko trung thực rồi họ muốn mình tự huỷ phòng vì khi mình xác nhận huỷ sẽ mất cọc, họ ko phải mất đồng nào mà cũng ko bị đánh giá kém, bản chất câu chuyện là KS ĐÃ BÁN PHÒNG NHƯNG CỐ TÌNH GỌI CHO MÌNH BẮT CỌC 50% TIỀN PHÒNG VÀ PHỤ THU CHỈ ĐỂ MÌNH THẤY BẤT HỢP LÝ VÀ HUỶ PHÒNG THÔI. Bên Traveloka có hỗ trợ mình tìm phòng khác nhưng xin lỗi ăn cục tức này ngang họng rồi hết hứng muốn đi luôn CHỐT LẠI KS NÀY CÓ CÒN MUỐN LÀM ĂN NỮA KHÔNG HAY MUỐN DẸP SỚM NGHỈ HƯU SỚM NÊN MỚI KHÔNG CẦN...
