Our opinion on two different executive suites and a deluxe double bed room.
Our recent stay included an extension from the initial two-night reservation to a total of three nights. While we appreciate the opportunity to extend our stay, the requirement is to relocate to two different rooms by 12 p.m. was somewhat inconvenient, necessitating packing and unpacking. We were accommodated in two Executive Suite rooms, which we found acceptable.
However, we did experience some issues within the rooms. These included a visible stain on the carpet, a malfunctioning toilet button, and a shower faucet that initially dispensed water at an excessively high temperature, although we were able to adjust it to a more manageable level. We advise caution when using these shower faucets.
Our primary concern, and a matter of significant safety, was the presence of an open electrical outlet adjacent to the bathtub (please refer to the attached image). This was brought to our attention by a sparking incident. Consequently, we refrained from using the bathtub due to this safety concern.
Regarding the service, while the execution was satisfactory, we would have preferred prior consultation regarding our extended stay before the subsequent booking. However, we acknowledge our responsibility in not confirming the reservation. We appreciate the hotel receptionist's prompt responsiveness to guest requests via text messaging by zalo.
As a forgiener, the breakfast offerings were well-received, particularly the Western options such as toast, eggs, and bacon. The availability of diverse choices, including Pho, Bun Bo, and other daily specials, was also appreciated.
In celebration of our honeymoon, we found the complimentary setup to be a thoughtful gesture. Although we would have preferred two wine glasses per room, the provision of a replacement was satisfactory.
The Jacuzzi tub was a highlight of our stay, providing a relaxing experience with an effective pump system and with an amazing view of the mountain and city.
Based on our experience, we are assigning the hotel a rating of 3.6, which we are rounding up to 4 stars, considering the efforts made to enhance the customer experience. We hope the hotel will improve and thrive in their business and hope to see it next time we visit the hotel for a...
Read moreOverall, the hotel is located in a highland, which you can see the city hiding under the slight haze in the early morning, as beautiful as night time. I'd not say the room I booked is cheap comparing to other places, but it came long with great services. Staffs were friendly and helpful, you could easily ask for extra dishes and wine cups without any charge. ||||The only one thing I need to complain about that is THE NOISE WOKE ME UP in EVERY MORNING and AFTERNOON during 3 days I stayed there. It was terrible. I did complain and ask them and they just simply said "sorry, please understand" and give no solution. Oh please I've been there for traveling and I expected quiet & private place!!! That's all, I did not get any official apologizes or compensations. ||||I did not blame the staffs working there but the hotel owner! You know you are building coffee shop but didn't inform your guests about it in advance, and you did not let me change my room (I booked the nicest one for two people).||||Worth to stay, but not for my period! I've never experienced something that much...
Read moreWe had a lovely stay in Da Lat before Christmas to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel surprised us with beautifully arranged towel swans, which made our arrival special. Our executive room was spacious, with a private jacuzzi and a great view. The location was peaceful yet close to the city center, making it convenient.
The smart toilet and mirror were nice modern touches, and breakfast had a good mix of Western and Asian options. Everything was great until checkout. We were unexpectedly charged for minibar water because the hotel assumed we drank from it, despite having bought identical bottles from a convenience store. This was frustrating, as we hadn’t taken anything from the minibar. The guests before us had similar experiences at checkout.
For future guests, we recommend checking the minibar upon arrival and avoid bringing the same brand of bottled water into the room to prevent...
