QR HOTEL DALAT — Hotel in Da Lat City

Summary: A great place to stay if you don't mind being slightly out of the congestion of the center of the city. Very modern, clean, and newly opened. Truly Perfect for a chill mountain vibe.

This wasn't my first time to Dalat so I decided to give this brand new spot a try. I went with a Larger Room Size so I could have a tub and got the higher floor so I could see the sunrise. I could not be happier.

The room is so modern and comes with daily Water bottle exchange so you don't have to figure that out. They very happily provide a hot kettle and coffee in the room. The minibar is reasonably priced if you don't feel like enjoying the restaurants nearby. The fixtures are modern and everything works.

The bed has a firm mattress and great pillows. But waking up to the gorgeous rural mountain view was just refreshing and exactly what a person comes to DaLat for IMO. While some love to stay in the city b/c they are here more for the hustle of the market, I prefer the calmness of the mountain landscape.

The main desk folk do speak English really well and have a very nice demeanor. They have a gentleman on staff who I think understands English but he's kinda shy about speaking it.

There are two dogs that are really neighborhood dogs, but stop by and great guests. The cream/white one is very friendly and if you pet this dog, it will follow you. It is literally an ankle biter and shows affection by nipping at your ankles and shoes.

The brown one is curious and a good friend of the white dog, but do not try to pet this dog. It will bite you. Learned this the hard way, but since the dog did not break skin, it kinda tells you that this dog isn't trying to hurt you so much as communicate it doesn't like being pet.

Final thing to note. When you arrive, you might feel like there isn't much nearby. Google Maps hasn't really kept up with this area. The lady across the street serves a decent Ban Canh and that pizza thing which is one of the breakfast street foods to try. The coffee shop that is hidden across the street has folks that speak English, good wifi and an area where you can actually paint to pass the time. Worth a stop. There are actually a few hidden restaurants, but my favorite is the seafood (Oc) place which is about 8min walk. You can find my review for that.

Overall, if you get a rate that you're happy with and you're looking for a peaceful mountain stay, you should DEFINITELY try them out, especially since they currently still have that...

Room: Wi-Fi worked fine, bedding was very comfortable, and the interior looked new. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as conversations in the corridor and vehicles from the street could be clearly heard inside the room.

Service:

The night shift staff was very helpful, proactive, and friendly with her constant smile. She made the experience pleasant.

Parking support was also appreciated, especially with the uncle helping guests.

The morning shift, however, left a less positive impression. When I checked in night before, I had requested a late checkout at 1pm, and the staff from the night before confirmed Okay despite the standard policy being 12pm. Unfortunately, the next morning at 12.30pm, the staff seemed unaware of this arrangement and asked via message if I had “anything extra,” and even called me. I had to ask back 'what do you mean extra?' referring to 'the late checkout' and 'somebody else is waiting for the room'. At that time, I got irritated as 'somebody else is waiting for that room or not' is your internal thing to arrange. The guest who is about to leave is still a guest!!! Importantly, this was already agreed upon in writing, it created an unnecessary misunderstanding. While an apology was given, the situation affected my overall experience.

Additionally, there is complimentary yogurt in the fridge, which was a nice touch, but it would be better if guests were informed about it.

Suggestions for improvement:

Clearer communication with guests. Better handover process between staff, including checking past guest notes or messages before...

Mình đã chọn QR Hotel cho chuyến đi Đà Lạt 4 ngày 3 đêm cùng với bạn mình từ ngày 9/9 - 12/9. Mình ở phòng 501, phòng tiêu chuẩn giường đôi, thì cá nhân mình thấy đồ dùng và phòng ốc rất mới, sáng sủa, hiện đại, phòng siêu sạch, thơm và xinh lắm, đầy đủ các tiện ích như tv (có tk netflix, youtube thì tk thường, có thể là có premium mà tụi mình chưa mò ra hay sao ấy 🥲), máy sấy tóc, móc treo quần áo, gương toàn thân và gương trang điểm, hộp khăn giấy to, ấm đun siêu tốc, quạt đứng, phòng vs thì có khăn tắm đầy đủ, có 2 ly đc để sẵn, và xà bông rửa tay, dầu gội sữa tắm, khăn giấy cuộn, bàn chải đánh răng và kem đánh răng hay mấy khác chắc trong tủ, mình và bạn mình có đem riêng nên ko có dùng tới. Chỗ tắm đứng siêu rộng, chỗ bồn rửa có gương lớn, có nước nóng lạnh đầy đủ. Trong phòng có 2 đôi dép sẵn, thấy cái gì cũng có nên mọi người đem ít đồ thôi đc rồi, phòng mỗi ngày đều dọn dẹp sạch sẽ và xịt thơm, có tag gắn ngoài cửa ko làm phiền/ yêu cầu dọn phòng. Nên riêng tư lắm. À phòng có rất nhiều ổ điện luôn nha, thoải mái :))))))

Về view và vị trí, không gian thì view hướng ra lối đi lên hướng thẳng ra cổng sau Dalat Palace, và tháp vinaphone cũng ngay bên trái, cạnh đường nhà chung, siêu tiện lợi luôn, gần bến xe liên tỉnh đà lạt, quốc lộ 20, đi tầm 6p - 10p cho Datanla, hồ tuyền lâm, và bến xe thôi à. Không gian yên tĩnh lắm nha, chill, đến độ mình nghĩ có phòng mình mới ồn thôi ý 🪿, à mà muốn bik hôm đó có săn mây đc ko hay mưa vùng nào dòm ra ban công là bik luôn.

Về dịch vụ: có xe sẵn tại hotel, thuê xe 130k/ ngày, mình rất ưng điểm này vì xe các chị giao cho tụi mình siêu mới với êm, đi nhẹ lắm, tụi mình chạy đi phượt rất phái, phê lém, với có hướng dẫn nên đi lối nào cho dễ chạy lên, vì đg vô hotel hơi dốc. Và điểm đặc biệt mình thấy là nửa ngày là tính giá nửa ngày chứ ko tính full ngày như mấy chỗ thuê khác. Nên cảm thấy giá cả siêu hợp lý, và siêu tiện luôn, ko bị lằng nhằng j. Hotel có phục vụ ăn sáng và giặt ủi, mình chưa có dịp thử. Sữa chua mà hotel cho ăn ngon lắm. À có bán dù trong suốt ở dưới sảnh nha, ai muốn mua chụp hình thì 50k 1 chiếc hoi. Sảnh có bàn ghế đầy đủ để ngồi chờ, hay chơi, tám chuyện, ngoài trời cũng có, thấy tiện cho việc mua đồ nướng về khách sạn ăn lắm. Giờ giấc tự do nha. Checkin 14h checkout 12h, nếu có phòng sớm là hotel hỗ trợ nhận sớm luôn, nên ko cần phải lo, ko thì để đồ dưới sảnh rồi thuê xe đi chơi trước :

Thiệt là hotel ko có điểm nào để chê từ cơ sở vật chất cho tới chăm sóc khách hàng, các anh chị support nhiệt tình, take care mình như công túa, em bé luôn ý, ngày cuối báo quá trời báo mà chị ko trách gì, mà còn hỏi thăm, lo lắng ngược, cảm giác như người nhà, gần gũi lắm ý 😭 hôm cuối ngã xe trộm vía, cũng may gặp chị trên đường đi, ko ngờ tới luôn, tưởng ai xa lạ lại giúp dựng xe, ai dè người quen, trời ơi, 2 đứa tan chảy trái tim luôn ý, về được 2 hôm rồi còn nhớ hotel và Đà Lạt điên, cảm giác như có thêm người thân 😭💖✨️✨️ Đây là lần đầu tiên mình và bạn mình đi tự túc, cứ nghĩ sẽ hơi chông gai, khó khăn khi chỉ có 2 đứa con gái, mà còn nhỏ con đi mình thế này. Cảm thấy đúng đắn khi chọn QR là điểm tựa đầu tiên của chuyến đi tự túc, ko phải là homestay hay các chỗ hot tiktok được pr rầm rộ. Đây chắc là nơi lưu trú cuối cùng và đồng hành cùng tụi mình ở các chuyến đi Đà Lạt sau này luôn é, rất là yêuuuu 🫶💖✨✨️ Viết về QR chắc 2 tờ giấy thi đh cả một bài văn biểu cảm mới đủ, nên mình xin phép dừng tại đây hẹ hẹ.
