HaGiang Eco Bungalow — Hotel in Hà Giang

I stayed with Ha Giang Bungalow in March and rented a motorcycle. They asked to keep my driving licence but forgot to return it to me after the rental. I contacted them in March via Whatsapp and they promised you would return it. I provided a contact name and address of a friend in Vietnam that they can send it to.

Since March they have blocked and ignored my calls and messages, and don't seem to care about returning my driving licence. I really need it.

They don't keep to their word, and don't care about returning my licence to me.

If you have any problems after your stay, and there isn't an opportunity to make money out of you, then don't expect...

Very exciting stay in here.price is low ,hotel with own shower room with hot water ,aircon ,google TV,high speed free WIFI,free breakfast. This area is really quiet.host very friendly,talk to us a lot to introduce for our feature travel information, Always free coffee and free tea. I didnt joy their motorcycle loop ,because i have my own motorcycle and own plan. They have one African staff name obama,he can speaking good english and chinese . There has only one small mistake that is the address on their page is wrong ,so u have to search HA GIANG ECO HOSTEL on google map ,u...

We had an amazing time at Ha Giang Bungalow with our family! We stayed for 5 nights. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast, dinner and lunch are really delicious! The dorm-beds are big and comfortable. Bathroom are clean an nice like the hole place. The motorbikes for rental are all quite new and in excellent conditions.
