mình đặt phòng 2 giường VIP, mà tới lúc tới nơi ksan tự ý đổi sang phòng đơn, mình xuống nói mới đổi qua 2 giường, bảo là đợi 10p mà thành ra đợi hơn 1 tiếng. phòng còn nhỏ ko phải VIP nữa. ko như trên hình. như lùa gà v. vừa checkin phải thanh toán trước. mình nt hỏi có cho thuê xe máy ko, bảo là có. tới hôm mình bảo thuê thì chỉ đi chỗ khác để mình tự chủ động thuê, mà tới nơi thì chưa mở cửa. nhà tắm vòi sen rỉ sét, mỗi lần mở nước đều ngửi thấy mùi rỉ này như mùi sắt, khiến cảm giác tắm k hề sạch, mền màu hơi ố cũ. ko có sẵn máy sấy và bàn ủi trên phòng như trên app hay như lễ tân nt nói. siêu phiền. cô dọn dẹp có tới gõ cửa nhưng mình chưa kịp ra mở thì cô đã tự ý mở cửa luôn. ko tôn trọng khách hàng chút nào hết. mình cần thuê xe máy nhưng ksan ko có xe để thuê nên còn kêu mình đi grab nữa. rồi là sao v chời. sao từ đầu đặt ko nói đi. ko baoh quay lại. tệ vô cùng mình đi vào concert BP, chỉ mong mọi chuyện vui vẻ mà ko chỉ IMe mà còn nhờ ơn ksan mọi thứ tệ...
