Staying at Swiss-Belresidences Hanoi has been an amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, Hendry welcomed us warmly and made everything smooth. During breakfast, Kenny was very attentive and friendly, making our mornings extra pleasant.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed and located right in the heart of Hanoi city, so it’s very convenient. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool — the view of the city skyline from up there is simply awesome, especially at sunset. The rooms are spacious, modern, and super comfortable.

The place is super comfy!!!!! It has all the kitchenware you need, so it’s perfect for staying with friends and hosting events or parties. The space is really spacious, the balcony is huge, and the whole vibe is just really nice and relaxing. This time, my friends and I stayed in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom place with a big living room and balcony. The hotel is so beautiful, almost brand-new, very nice & clean, especially the Skybar with the Infinity Pool All the staff are so kind, supportive and helpful. The receptionist Tuân Nghiep even kindly paid the taxi for me by his own money (because the driver did not accept the credit card).
