My Way Hotel & Residence — Hotel in Hà Nội

We were very impressed with the service and room cleanliness at My Way when my family was here on a leisure trip. Having been to a few hotels in Vietnam, this was one of the best I have stayed at. ||||The rooms came as a surprise as it was a lot bigger than we expected. There was enough room for the kids to run about without tripping over anything. The bathroom was very clean and the housekeeping made sure it was kept that way throughout our stay. Basic amenities were also provided. The sheets were clean and we slept really well. ||||The TV was okay and there were enough channels to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. There was a kitchen but we did not use it but it was clean nonetheless. ||||Check in/out was really smooth and we did not have to wait long despite a relatively busy front desk. The daily breakfast provided was delicious and there was quite a variety. ||||If there is anything that stood out the most, it was the great service provided by the hotel staff. We needed a lot of advice getting around and they spared no effort to give us really good advice and local tips. We were thoroughly impressed and would come back for a second...

I am 3 days into a 6 day stay here at this hotel. I have had an excellent experience thus far. The staff is very friendly. I am always greeted with a smile day or night.

I arrived early (before check in time) on a Sunday after roughly 19h of travel from the US. It was very hot outside and the receptionist greeted me with a smile and cold juice of some kind. I was exhausted and worried that I would not be able to check in. Luckily there was no issue whatsoever. I didn't even get charged for the early check in!

The complementary breakfast is one of the best I have experienced. I frequently travel internationally for work to put things into perspective. Every morning there is fresh fruit, salad, bread, cereal, yogurt, etc in the buffet. Eggs are fresh and made to order. While I have been here they make you a fresh noodle dish as well (ramen).

The room was very clean and quite large considering how big the city is. Something this size in Manhattan would be 20 times more expensive. The bathroom was also very clean with modern fixtures.

Overall I am very pleased with my stay...

Pros: Super large, clean and spacious room with hot charcoal sauna room and jacuzzi pool in the bathroom.The location of this hotel is great for business travelers.Lots of banks in the area, very convenient if you need to withdraw cash from various ATMs, and Vietcombank is just 10 mins walk away for those whom need to change foreign currency.There’s 24hr mini-mart is just 2 mins walk away, if you need a quick bite after hours.Cons: One of the Power socket closest to the living room coach wasn’t functioning well, however that’s easily fixed with the friendly hotel staff whom was able to get me a power extension bar to charge my many devices.Recommendation: Hotel could use an upgrade on the set-top boxes, replace faulty power sockets, provide kitchen with liquid soap and utensils.Overall: I would definitely visit again for the next...
