Starbucks Duy Tân — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I like starbuck and often just buy take-away for a working day. Bought take-aways twice here, and both were camarel machiato. The quality was lower than the same drink on other starbuck stores. I think they don't put enough espresso as expected. The taste turn really bad after I keep them in refrigerator for about 5 hours, which I have not experienced from the same drink in other stores. I wonder if it is the way the owner of the store chose to cut costs. Never buy from the store again. Does you guys see the color of the drink? I have been a huge fan of Starbucks but the service here was absolutely terrible. One of the staffs with brunette hair spoke rudely and screamed right at my face during payment, which made other customers look at me. The experience was utterly uncomfortable. The drink was awful compared to other Starbucks nearby. Possibly the worst I’ve tasted. It felt like I was drinking tap water with cream. I couldn’t even finish half of the drink. Quality of coffee and service is the same across all the franchise! Top notch.

A little small for a large group. Seating is limited outdoors in front of the shop. In ground floor inside it's only enough for 4 person, and upstairs no more than 20.

The next nearest Starbucks is in IPH which is just 1km away, but having one here in Duy Tan is a smart move for Starbucks Vietnam as it is becoming a hot area for international...
