Terrible Service – Damaged My Clothes Without Permission

This hotel washed my clothes without my consent, causing damage— the fabric’s texture was ruined, and the garment shrank. When I reported this, I expected an apology and compensation, but all they offered was an attempt at restoration, ignoring my request for proper reimbursement.

To make things worse, they scheduled an inspection but never showed up. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

Usually, hotels would compensate immediately or offer additional reimbursement if restoration was attempted. I wouldn’t trust this hotel with my belongings again.

2025.06.13. Again another problem!!

So basicly last night, I made three requests: Refill the shampoo and body wash. Unclog the drain because the water doesn’t drain properly during showers. I found some trash in my room that doesn’t belong to me. It seems it was left there by mistake after house keeping. As a result, a lot of ants have come into the room. Please be more careful about this in the future.

But today, I checked and not only were all three things not done—they were worse.

The shampoo and body wash still haven’t been refilled. The water still doesn’t drain properly, and to make matters worse, they replaced the shower filter head I bought. While they did not leave trash behind as requested, they just left a single trash bin sitting in the middle of the bathroom.

Isn’t this a clear case of deceiving the customer?

brand new hotel, open over one month only, you can be the first guest in several rooms. clean, tidy and all new. you will have all facilities for a long trips, silent air con, silent refrigerator, kitchen all set for your cooking, tv 42'' very comfortable bed... cant believe those accommodation are available for within $30~35 per night !! included your everyday laundry and x2 bottle of water 500ml. the location is very good, many 24 hours convenient stores, coffee shops, street foods and so on, very close to main street for your traffic.. I do love this place and definitely to get back for any...

Very good hotel, in a busy part of Hanoi. Down an alley, but that makes it a quiet place to stay. The accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable, hot water was good and the water pressure was good.Had 1 issue with the air-conditioning unit that leaked 1 day after being turned off then on. Major concern was the air-conditioning unit was above the RV & WiFi systems. No damage, and they got someone to look at it very fast. The room wasn't made up on our 2nd day. Front reception staff where very helpful. Close to a market, and lots of street food...
