MocHoang Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

Clean room and nice view but the staff was a big disappointment. We had a problem with the wifi connection and the TV, we made two calls but still no one came to fix. And staying for more than 4hours is counted as a whole day, which was fine if the receptionist had informed us when we checked in. We paid 680k for ~4h25m and only when we check out did the receptionist tell us about the rule. Would have visited it frequently for it’s close to our place if it weren’t for this...

Tuvimos un problema con la estancia en el hotel de al lado y tuvimos que quedarnos aquí por cercanía y fue la mejor decisión. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora. Nos quedamos 4 noches y la chica que estaba en recepción fue super atenta y amable. Un encanto la verdad. Nos ayudó muchísimo con muchas cosas. El chico que estuvo el último día también nos ayudó a conseguir conductor para ir a Ninh Binh porque era el día Nacional de Vietnam y en Hanói era complicado conseguirlo. La habitación es super grande y el baño tmb. Muy limpio todo y funcionaba todo estupendamente. Lo recomendaría 100%. Además hay un centro comercial super grande y con muchísimas tiendas y supermercado a 10' caminando y en la esquina está la parada de guagua en la que pasan muchas guaguas que te dejan en el centro...
