OYO 1133 Ngan Son Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

Owner or may I say guy who claims his the owner are very rude. While I was in office try to book in he got very rude to a lady that booked out and screamed at her telling her to leave is hotel. ( just because se offers her room that was paid up and she only used it 1 hour to me). Then not even 5 min later he said I must leave his hotel because I ask way would a single room on the 2de floor kos 200 b more than one on the 5th floor. So he said he decided that booking.com is not charging enough and if I don't pay extra I must leave his premises. His swearing and screaming was so bad I felt bad for the staff. Worst place to ever go pleasedont do this...
