Hotel Emma — Hotel in Hạ Long City

Not good for services and hardware. In room 508, some lights are malfunction. I stayed on the 5th floor, the water pressure is very weak and it is not hot at all (water set at the hottest position but still just a little warm, cannot call it hot water for bath). When I call for room services to check the light, he comes into my room, into the bathroom with his slipper and makes my room dirty (my room is clean so he should take off his slipper when come in).
