Le Haute Hotel — Hotel in Hải Phòng

I would not recommend. The customer service is sublime. We arrived and once we attempted to check in the receptionist took 2 minutes and said he could not find me . Did not search me by my name and did not use the hotel confirmation number I gave to him several times. The receptionist was extremely quick to say he couldn’t “find” my reservation…… mind you we were the only black people in that town so I don’t know if it had anything to with it. Additionally he did not look me up using my name because if he did he would have found my reservation sitting literally right next to him. My name has 4 parts to it so it is not a common name and my reservation folder was literally arm lengths away…. After a terrible check in service I went to the room and it was nice and clean but the hotel smells like smoke and I’m not quite fond of the smell nor the humidity as I tend to get migraines easily . Now down to breakfast. The soup was good but the rest of the food was not hot . They had a very minimal selection and they had stale bread as well 4 drinks to choose from, watered down apple juice from what I surmised, water, milk and coffee . All lukewarm . Overall customer service would be a 0/10 location is close to shops but right off of the highway so hard to cross and rooms are nice but the service would honestly would have never brought...
