I am so surprised about the customers standard of this store! We spent 3 drinks already. I asked for 2 small paper bags to take away one drink and also put my other small stuff, they firstly told a lie they did not have paper bags and only give the plastic carrier; I insisted they normally have and described the bags and would like to purchase. Mình bị nghiện Starbucks. Đi nước nào thì Starbucks cũng là lựa chọn hàng đầu. Và cũng rất may mắn là mình thấy Starbucks ở đâu hầu như chất lượng như nhau, nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp về dịch vụ cũng như thái độ với khách hàng. Xứng đáng là chuỗi đồ uống 5 ⭐️ Ngày 21/12/24 Chất lượng dịch vụ của các bạn đang đi xuống. Mình để nguyên bài đánh giá trên để thấy là “ nó đang đi xuống do đội ngũ nhân viên ntn” Trong vòng 1 tuần mình bị các bạn quên đồ 2 lần. (Lần trc là 14/12/24) trong tình trạng quán vắng, các bạn đang mải nói chuyện và cười đùa với khách hàng và k làm đồ cho mình. Cả 2 lần đều là tình huống này.
