It's very new. Hence, it's very clean. A bit soulless. Bang in the middle of K-Town. Pool under renovation (Jan 2025). Great breakfast. Super gym. Our room had cooking facilities and great fridge. The hotel location is good, right near all the restaurants and massage etc.The room was clean, and presented nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful - a particular mention to Annie who was a great help with transport and scooter hire. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant. Only thing I would say for potential improvement, would be some muslie for breakfast. Good time at Hai Phong city, I really impressed by the service of this hotel, I book a studio room for 7days. My stay was so relaxing, the room is clean and I always feel comfortable on the bed.
