Our 10-night stay at the prestigious Level 30 of Pullman Hai Phòng Grand Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we checked in, every detail exuded elegance, warmth, and five-star finesse.

The panoramic views from our room were absolutely mesmerizing—sweeping cityscapes by day, and a sea of shimmering lights by night. The room was chic and thoughtfully designed, blending comfort and modern luxury. A plush bed, deep soaking tub with ambient lighting, and personalised welcome touches (thank you for the fresh fruit!) made us feel truly pampered.

Dining here? A culinary journey. Whether it was the colorful afternoon tea spread, melt-in-your-mouth bánh mì, aromatic pho, or poolside cocktails and mango desserts under golden hour skies, every meal was beautifully crafted and full of flavour. Don’t skip their signature iced egg coffee or lychee mojito—refreshing and unforgettable!

Level 7’s wellness zone was a daily treat. We visited the infinity pool 3 times out of our 10, it was serene and spotless, feel like you’re floating above the city. The gym was well-equipped, and the sauna room added the perfect balance of relaxation after long days exploring the city.

The rooftop bar, Up and Above, is exactly as the name promises—sophisticated ambiance, epic sunsets, and breezy romantic vibes. It’s the ideal spot to unwind with a drink in hand and the world at your feet.

What made it all truly exceptional was that we also celebrated a special milestone here (500 days!) and the hotel helped make it magical. Intuitive, kind, and always professional. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable.

After being six years as Accor Platinum member, I thought I had experienced the best Hotels. But my recent stay at the Pullman Grand Hotel in Hai Phong was by far, the most outstanding one.|From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff cared perfectly for us. And the attention for details is impressive. The hotel is perfectly managed, my compliments.|The staff are professional and incredibly warm and welcoming. Super friendly and warm staff e.g. in the the Members Lounge, Ms Vy and Chi remembered our preferences and always greeted us with a smile. |The breakfast buffet is a dream, The variety, freshness, and presentation in an absolutely beautiful space. Local Vietnamese dishes and also international cuisine, the options are endless and delicious. Excellent Pho Bo.|The location is also great—central located, also a cinema and a park or Aeon mall is nearby. The views from the hotel are stunning, especially at sunset. |Our room was fabulous, modern, and perfect equipped. Everything felt new, clean, and comfortable. If you’re ever in Hai Phong, you have to stay at Pullman Hai Phong it’s an experience you won’t forget. First off, the lobby is absolutely gorgeous with so many local arts, with coffee lounge and stylish touches everywhere. It’s honestly a perfect backdrop for photos, and at night, it comes alive with influencers and models taking advantage of the stunning scenery both inside and out.

The rooms are everything you could want and more spacious, spotless, and filled with little luxuries. The bed? Huge and ridiculously comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. They even provide premium toiletries, so you feel pampered the entire stay. Every detail feels intentional, from the modern decor to the clever layout that just makes the room so inviting.

The service is next level. The staff are so friendly and attentive it’s like they know what you need before you do. If you feel like exploring, the location is perfect, with cute coffee shops and vibrant street food stalls just steps away.

The shower has amazing water pressure (trust me, it’s so important), What really blew me away was how every corner of the hotel feels like it was designed for a photoshoot. Whether you’re lounging in the lobby or stepping outside, it’s hard not to snap a pic. There’s this buzz around the place, especially at night, when you see all these well-dressed people and photographers it’s such a cool vibe.
