First I want to say I am American and my reviews are on my standards of hotel in USA. The room type I reserved was 1x studio and this website Agoda has the wrong pictures to show you the space it provides for this room type. I would never recommend anyone this hotel even if it low price. This hotel reminds me of a more upscale motel in America. They not going to let you check in that much earlier so just check in at the allowed check in time. If you want your luggage store make sure there is nothing valuable because it is store in the hallway of the lobby. You only get one key card but if you want another you can get it but remember not to lose it because you will be charge in losing key cards. The hotel is small and only one hall with about 5 rooms in each floor. When going into the room you have to keep a key card there for the power to turn on. The ac can’t be turn on all the time if you are using the same key card as the hotel. I used another hotel key card I kept to put it in so I can have the power on all the time. The room has a kitchen but no microwave. The bathroom area will always be wet when you shower because the curtain doesn’t block the water on the bottom there is only one tiny soap for the bathroom but if you want to wash your hands in the kitchen area there is not another tiny soap bar for you. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom and it makes me feel really dirty. The slippers they provide are plastic ones. There are drinks in the fridge but those cost money which they do tell when you check in. Also there is free breakfast and it was decent. They do serve Pho for breakfast here and porridge. The staff in the breakfast area has great customer service and makes the stay better by interacting with them. The staff at the lobby do speak English but very little and sometimes they are not there all the time. I already had a bad experience with this hotel so I was ready to leave the first night, but this area does have stuff around for my mom to explore in the mornings. I request some things but do NOT expect them to read and provide anything for your request. We ask for your extra towels and it was not given. There is only one outlet near the nightstand and one near the kitchen and the other one is underneath the the desk. I would suggest to stay somewhere else for the price cause you can get this hotel room somewhere for about $20 in the same area. The price of this hotel is definitely not worth it for this type of amenities...
Read moreLocation is the only thing I could give good rating on. The service and room, I cannot give it a good rating. We stayed in room 1005, and our other relatives stayed in room 1003. We came back to our hotel around 11pm and was looking forward to have a shower before sleeping comfortably in bed. However the water had issues, as it would cut off every 3 seconds. You'd have to wait few minutes to let the water "charge" and get another few seconds of running water. My wife went down to the lobby to complain, and was given room 1105 to shower. That room also had the same problem, so we asked our relatives if they had issues too. They did. It took us about 1.5hrs to completely remove soap in our hair and body, and still felt unclean on bed. When we checked out in the morning, the reception lady simply said that there's nothing she can do now since we already paid in full. My wife was mad because the staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, rather smirked. Do yourself a favour and...
Read moreWhat a place! We stayed at the 7th floor and we had a great view over the city. The rooms are big with a big 65 smart tv with Netflix. Everything is new and lovly, we didn't like the breakfast that much but it's alright, we also hated the hours for the breakfast. It should not close at 09. People that's coming for vacation does not need to wake up early for breakfast. I had to activate my alarm early so I can get there 15 min before closing. You guys should changd it to 10.
Overall it's a great room, we will come back whenever we get back...
