It’s a restaurant with hotel next to it, called Felix Hotel (listed as Felix Garden Hotel on booking app). I stay here when I traveled to HCMC. The room eventough outdated was okay, but the bathroom looks undesireable, hope they can improve this. However the location itself is quite far from touristy area/district (should’ve done the research better), so you should take Grab most of the time, eventough I finally manage to try some bus route (the bus stop is quite close from the hotel but take more than an hour to reach D1/D3). Having been at the hotel next door, I figured I would stop by this cafe. I was greeted by a friendly staff with plenty of parking. There were fans blowing finely misted water to keep me cool, and soft music to ease my stress. The lighting was also very soft but effect.
