Khách Sạn Hoa Bảo cơ sở Dương Quảng Hàm — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Really disappointed about this hotel. The attitude of receptionist is really very ba. Room quality is very bad. No keep the booked room for me although i come and booked before 6 hours. Detail: the hotel have 2 receptionists as i know, the girl was nice and friendly, she was working in morning session, but the boy was really really not friendly, he was working in the evening. When i was taking a view for choosing the room, the girl shown me a room which was good and located at level 3. But when 9pm i go in, they change the room to level 2 and room is very dirty, i complaint to receptionist who is boy now, he look at me with the bad eye, he told me that just wait and he will come to check. Then i go back my room and wait, my feeling know that he will complaint somthing about me and that is true. He come to give me the blanket and go around room and check something, then he told me that the room is good, nothing is not good as you say, then he look at me with angry eye and go out. This is very bad staff, maybe im wrong about dirty room, but staff should not do that attitude with consumer, the girl and the boy have difference attitude, i plan stay there 3 days, but morning next day I changed the hotel. The ViVu Hotel is nearby 300 meters, that hotel is cheaper, more cleaner and the staff is more friendly. So if you want to book this hotel, please think carefully, i suggest you choose the ViVu Hotel. Ps: i'm vietnamese, so i know that this hotel...

Staff is good but only one girl in morning shift can speaks good English. 30-40 mins travel to district 1 (city centre) and cost 120k to 180k dong per way depending on traffic. No night life. There are coffee shops and food stall nearby, but most of them don't speak English, I rely heavily on google translate and pictures. You can ask the receptionist to order food or coffee to be enjoyed in the hotel dining area. Bad sound proof, room smell of faint cigarette. Not really recommended except you have own transport or not mind paying...

Fridge cord was frayed and blew a fuse. Could have easily electrocuted someone. Man who didn't look like cleaning staff was able to use key card to open the door to my room while I was in it. $300 was stolen from my wallet that was in the room while I was away. If that could happen then my computer and passport could have easily been stolen too. Full of cockroaches and ants. Also if you don't speak Vietnamese forget about it unless you like using Google Translate on your phone while dealing with dangerous and...
