What a lovely place to stay! The owner always has a smile, is very polite, and helpful. A 20-30 minute drive away from walking street depending on traffic but around the Homestay has plenty of mini-marts, local restaurants and international (dominos), clothes shops and spa’s. We found a local restaurant that showed English football. The homestay room was a great size with a nice water pressure/temperature to the shower. Bed was comfortable (only negative is we constantly receiving static shocks from the covers) the breakfast was included in the price and along with the coffee was very nice! I would recommend a more noticeable outside sign to match the coffee shop as we arrived when dark and had trouble immediately locating the building and didn’t notice the small pink sign on the glass window on entry. The young couple are having a potential great homestay and cafe and if they ask guests how they can improve, staying might turn into a great experience. Only a bar fridge in rooms, no kettle etc. However there is a clean communal kitchen downstairs with all the needed items to cook and eat.
Good hot water and firm mattress, most rooms have a small balcony overlooking street.
