Ngọc San San Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I stayed 3 nights, first night ok, second night fine enough, 3rd night disaster smell. Someone was smoking inside, but the crew told me that it (smoking inside) is impossible. (Why the 2 first nights were more better? I could breath inside my room.)

The crew did give me a clean room, after negotiations. First they asked me more money, but when I checked out, they cancelled extra payments. I wrote to them "absolutely no smoking" last week before I entered the hotel. The crew uses Google Translator, but it is ok and understandable.
