OYO 701 Avatar 6 Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The wife and I stayed here for about a week and a half and it was great! The staff are all very friendly this includes: 2 receptionists, the security guard, and the 2 cleaning ladies, as well as the owner. The rooms are clean and the showers are hot, and the location is near a GS25, Vinmart, and restaurants. The river is near by and there’s a small play area in some sand for kids to play, and there’s a public swimming pool near by that costs 50k VND per person. It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It's not far to travel to District 1 or Phu My Hung. There are plenty of local restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Very clean and reception staff are helpful...

The room is okay for the price but could be cleaner. Biggest issues i had - it's very loud on the hallway and well, it's obvious a s** hotel... didnt feel too...
