on night one that i came, i booked through expedia, and selected pay at the property. when i came to the property, i was charged the correct price on their sign out front so there was no issue. i liked the hotel so i decided to extend my visit another night, i selected a room of better “quality” even though it was smaller and i was charged more. it was fine because it said it on the sign. so i was charged more than what expedia quoted me.
so since we were going based of the sign i figured everything would be as it says on the sign? wrong.
they charged me 900.000 on my third night as per the sign, just like they have been doing so my whole stay. however, they told me they are charging me more for reserving the room on expedia (and like my other bookings, i selected pay at the hotel not on the app) very misleading. poor customer service. i initially liked it but they’re very money hungry and go back on their quotes.
lastly i ordered a grab and they took way too long so i missed it. and was charged a fee when it wasn’t my fault. they were taking too long to process my payment. i asked if they can deduct my grab fee from the payment and they only said they will lend me the fee and i pay it back later. when it was their fault they didn’t know how to process a...
