This is a beautiful location and property. The photos are all accurate and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The bath is so nice to relax in and the view is spectacular. The bed is pretty firm (seems common in Vietnam). I would stay here again.||A few hints:|- It is 4km from town. This doesn’t seem very far but the road is in terrible condition and often busy. It can take between 10-20 mins to get into town in a taxi depending on the time of day and costs approx 150-200VND. I’d highly recommend using motorbike/scooter transport. You could walk too, it would probably take an hour and steep in parts with some parts better for walking than others.|- Being out of town it is very beautiful and quiet - depending on the other guests. We had a group come in on our last night and they were very loud until 3am - taking some of the serenity away. |- We travelled in off season and while this is not meant in a negative way there are a few things which would have been nice to know. For the nights there weren’t many guests an ala carte breakfast was served instead of a buffet. It was also hard to find staff in the afternoon/evening. We were hoping to get dinner and a drink but the lights were off in the restaurant and we had to search the property for staff. They were accommodating and gave us the option for some room service. As you’re not close to any restaurants or cafes, this isn’t overly helpful when you’re looking for food, especially if you just want to enjoy being in their beautiful property and not go into town. I assume it would be different when it’s...

Came here for a relaxing stay, read the reviews and was not disappointed. I was assigned a room away from the pool that may be used by families and given a room on the second floor. 202.

Facilities are simple, had zero issues with the hot water and bath, it was excellent. warmest! it just took 5 minutes which the staff mentioned upon check in. Interiors were artfully selected, i love the stiff beds and had the most restful sleeps, naps and slow mornings there! View was stunning, it was a large pond and rice view in front of me, but the mountains were just on the left— magnificent.

Restaurant staff were polite and kind, a few spoke respectful english. Receptionists all spoke great english! A note on the food, breakfast buffet the pho was delicious! a simple array of dishes. They do serve in large quantities though, so i had struggles finishing them. Not sure if its a Vietnamese thing, but stirfries were on the blander side, but definitely felt healthy eating there! They knew i love tea, cut chills, ice for my own matcha. privacy and really were accomodating to me!

Roads there was not ideal indeed, but is a lovely uphill walk to the tourist villages/cafe. Would totally stay longer!...

Really nice hotel, far away from the noisy town, with beautiful views, really nice room and the best part is the big bath tub where you can have a warm bath after a long hike. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food at the restaurant was tasty. The only disadvantage is the road going to the hotel, when we were staying there, there was a land slide and it was impossible to get there by car, but hotel organised a motorbike transfer for us and our luggage. Another thing that I didn’t like, but is normal choosing a hotel in a village, was village people living right next to the hotel and constantly burning rubbish, unfortunately the smell was all over the room, even with windows closed. We could also hear pigs squealing, as if they were slaughtered, and sometimes it lasted even over 15 minutes, which for me as an animal lover was very difficult to handle. Except for those little disadvantage, I really reccomend this place because the hotel itself was really great and beautiful, the area around the houses and the swimming pool was well kept and full of beautiful plants. I would definitely come to this...

Guys this place is great for family. We travel here with our kids, it’s a bit remote, therefore is more nature and less city noise. The place is amazing, surrounded by green fields and below the gondolas. The staff are amazing!!! The food is amazing and at a affordable price since it’s a bit far from town. Breakfast is really good specially the chicken soap, it seems like all the food they have is very organic I’m not sure, but even the eggs taste much better then the ones from Costco I buy at home. You guys also need to try the coco coffee iced!! Special thanks to the staff for making our stay being over amazing. The only cons is that the hotel is a bit far from town but you can afford a taxi at 150,000$ to town and on the way back is cheaper!
